Q: What do I need to rent a
unit?
✓A federal or state-issued photo ID, payment for the first month, cleaning deposit (refundable when you move out), and a lock to secure your unit.
Q: When will my rent be due?
✓Typically every month on the day you opened a contract with us, but if you wish to make it for a specified day we will be happy to serve you.
Q: How do I make payments?
✓We accept cash, checks, Visa, and Mastercard. Payments may be made by visiting our office, over the phone with a credit card, or you can set up AutoPay(recommended) with us so that you never miss a deadline.
Q: Do you pro-rate?
✓Yes we do! For the first two weeks of the rental period we pro-rate to the exact day that you move out.
Q: What can’t I store in my unit?
✓Common sense and state laws determine what may be stored. You alone control access to your storage space; therefore, never store live animals, perishables, liquids, explosives, flammable liquids and fuels, toxic materials, or other items that need a controlled environment.
